What Kind of Gold-plating Do You Use?

We use 0.05 microns of 18k gold-plating for our jewellery. Microns mean how thick the gold-plating is. 0.03 micron & above is considered good & will last for at least 1 to 2+ years (if the jewellery is stored correctly in a cool dry place & kept away from liquids).

What Material Is Your Jewellery Made Of ?

All our jewelry is made from the highest quality stainless steel, then plated with 18k gold using a technique called PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition).

This new way of plating is 10x stronger than standard gold or silver plating, making our jewellery Waterproof & Tarnish-free.

Is Your Jewellery Waterproof ? 

It is recommended to keep all jewellery, including 'waterproof' jewellery, away from liquids & perfume.

Waterproof jewellery is typically made from stainless steel & goes through a specific process called 'PVD coating'. This makes the jewellery more durable when in contact with water, however, it does not mean that the gold plating will not fade or tarnish over time, it just takes longer to fade/tarnish.

The only type of jewellery that is truly waterproof is pure gold which is expensive, however, gold-plated jewellery is an affordable alternative & as we use thick gold-plating, it means that our jewellery will last years.

Is Your Jewellery Hypoallergenic?

All pieces are made from the highest quality stainless steel and 100% nickel-free. Our materials are considered safe to use for anyone with allergies or sensitive skin.

How Is Your Jewellery Packaged?

Every single TANMISH order comes in a branded box or Jewellery pouch for every piece of Jewellery.

In addition, we are happy and proud to use eco-friendly packaging and recycled paper.

Where Are You Based ?

We are based in Australia, UK and India but we do Shipping Worldwide.

Do You Ship Internationally?

How Long Does Delivery Take ?

On average for Standard delivery it takes 5-10 working days for your order to arrive from the dispatch day. However, in some cases, it may take up to 3 weeks for your jewelry to arrive depending on the country.

If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please send us an email and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

What If My Parcel Is Delayed ?

In very rare occasions, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping. Most of the delays are caused by the customs, that, unfortunately, we can’t control. But don't worry, we will make sure that you get your parcel.

Will My All Items Come Together ?

We strive to only ship complete orders. However, in particular cases, your order can be split into several packages. In this case, you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers. Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you!

What If I Entered An Incorrect Address By Mistake ?

If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, please contact us ASAP and provide your new address. We will try to update your address if your order hasn't been shipped.

RETURN & EXCHANGES

Can I Return My Order ?

If you would like to return your jewellery, please email us at info@tanmish.com to arrange a return. Our refund policy lasts 30 days so please let us know within 30 days of receiving the item.

Your items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Please note that while we are happy to refund or exchange for store credit, we do not cover the cost of return shipping. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost and providing a tracking number for proof of return.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept card payments with Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Aside from the major credit cards, we also accept PayPal, Google Pay, and Shop Pay!

When selecting PayPal as a payment option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Log in' and review the amount shown before clicking 'Pay Now'. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to tanmish.com.

Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (secure socket layer technology), which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments safely.

How Are Refunds Processed?

1. Credit Card 

From the day the return is processed by our customer support team, depending on your bank, it will take around 2-7 business days for the refund amount to appear on your end. 

2. Debit Visa Card

Online purchases made with a Debit Visa Card will be processed as a credit card, and it will take around 2-7 business days for the refund amount to appear on your end. 

3. Paypal

Once a refund has been made back to your PayPal account, you will receive a notification from PayPal. It will take around 2-7 business days for the refund amount to appear on your end.
